This residential project is developed across 11 floors, shaped by the client’s requirements and the unique conditions of the site. Located on a first-line plot in Sisangan, in close proximity to the Caspian Sea, the project is fundamentally informed by its distinctive natural context. In response to the local climate—particularly coastal winds and environmental noise—the building mass is articulated through a stepped and fragmented configuration. This approach mitigates wind and sound impact while introducing a dynamic and fluid architectural expression. The resulting terraces also facilitate the integration of greenery, extending the presence of nature vertically throughout the building. The continuous terraces act as an intermediate layer, softening the boundary between interior and exterior spaces and establishing a direct visual connection with both the forest and the sea. The incorporation of vegetation within the façade reinforces the building’s relationship with its natural surroundings and enhances the overall living experience. The lobby, designed with an 8-meter height, serves as a prominent and elongated entrance space, offering a distinctive spatial quality and a strong sense of arrival. Ultimately, the project is conceived as a contemporary volume within the forested landscape of Sisangan, where the integration of form, climate, and context creates a unique residential experience in northern Iran.
