The design concept emerged from the client’s preference for curved and fluid forms. Instead of sharp geometries, the architectural language is based on soft, continuous curves, from which a clean linear surface gradually emerges, defining the overall identity of the villa. Due to the presence of a beautiful garden on the site, one side of the villa is designed with a fully transparent façade, minimizing the boundary between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. On the northern side, where direct views from neighboring properties existed, operable louvers were implemented to ensure privacy while allowing adjustable daylight control according to the sun’s movement. The result is a design that combines fluid form, transparency, and responsiveness to site conditions
